"Ohhhhhhh Noooooo!  I just clicked format on the wrong SD card, and lost all my files!"

That's how I felt, but I was able to recover everything I needed using a program that let me recover 1GB for free (can pay for more). 

I used EaseUS software found here: http://www.easeus.com/resource/sd-card-format-recovery.htm

I simply followed the instructions, and I recovered all of the files I needed.  Since I was recovering less than 1GB, it was completely free!
